What size marquee do I need?
These are approximate guidelines for guests either seated or standing. Marquees can usually be linked together to increase numbers.

What about sidewalls?
These are included in the cost and are either white or clear. They attach to the marquee either by clipping onto a cable that runs around the openings or by Velcro, depending on the marquee. They are easy to attach on the day and to remove them them weather permits.

When do you deliver and dismantle?
Depending on the size of your function, we can deliver 1 – 2 days in advance and remove 1 – 2 days later, or put up and take down on the same day. This can be arranged at the time of booking.

How much notice do you need?
For larger functions we need as much notice as possible to guarantee the equipment is available. For small marquees we can often accommodate with just a few days notice, obviously we are busier during the summer and the marquees may already be booked.

Will I need flooring?
We would recommend flooring if the function is on a lawn to protect the grass as furniture and heels will sink in and poach the grass. Dance floors are essential if you intend to have dancing. The grass may be discoloured for up to 2 weeks after your party depending how long the marquee was on site.

Do you supply heaters and lighting?
We have several heaters of varying sizes to suit your marquee. They require an electric socket and will run for 8 – 10 hours on a tank of fuel.

Lighting is provided we have various designs available to suit all our marquee shapes and for lining pathways etc. They are all provided with circuit breakers and will require an electric socket.

How many people can I get round a table?

Can the marquees be put up on hard surfaces?
Most of our marquees can be put up on hard ground.

Do you provide full event organisation?
We work closely with a local team of caterers and organisers who would be happy to make your day run smoothly.
